DAY 01

Arrival at Barcelona International Airport

Transfer to the flamenco show for dinner

Barcelona’s Tablao Cordobés, is a living, vibrant school of Flamenco. It has become one of the most important dance schools, achieving international recognition.

7 a very demanding form of Flamenco style. Great Flamenco figures such as Farruco, Camarón, Manuela Carrasco, Mila de Vargas and Lole y Manuel have performed here.

With the sumptuous dinner option, it will come from a typical Spanish and Mediterranean kitchen. The Buffet consists of cold plates (salads and entrée), hot plates (stews of meat and fish, specialty in paella) and a great assortment of delicious desserts.

After an evening at the Tablao Cordobés you will come away with a strong flavour and understanding of the Spanish culture.

DAY 02

Full day Barcelona City tour with your English speaking guide Visit to SAGRADA FAMILIA (Approx. 5 Hours Duration) The Sagrada Familia is one of the most famous landmarks in Barcelona. The church is such a huge size, so they often referred it as «cathedral», but without having a bishop›s seat. Pope Benedict XVI. inaugurates the Sagrada Familia on November 7, 2010. The church building is raised to a basilica.

You should give yourself a lot of time for examining the details of the facades, where many embassies and biblical stories are hidden. With the expected completion in 2026, the construction is financed solely from donations and ticket money. Currently, 8 out of 12 about 100 meters tall bell towers are completed. The higher towers of the facade of the glory and the central dome with a height of over 170 meters will be built. Currently, part of the cloister and the apse are getting built.

City tour continues, visit to Gothic quarter Trip, La Rambla Street and Modernist building, located in Passeig de Gràcia 17:00 hrs Transfer to the CAMP NOUS STADIUM. Camp Nou is a football stadium in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, which has been the home of FC Barcelona since 1957. With a seating capacity of 99,354, it is the largest stadium in Spain by capacity. Home ground for famous Barcelona football club, with regular matches plus stadium tours and museum.

It has hosted numerous international matches at a senior level, including a 1982 FIFA World Cup semi-final match, two UEFA Champions League finals and the football competition at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

DAY 03

10:00 am Bodegas Torres Vineyard Tour

The Torres vineyard, called Bodegas Torres, is world famous for its Spanish wines and brandies. For over 130 years Torres have been making fine wines in the hills of Catalonias biggest wine region called Penedés near Barcelona. The Torres Visitor Centre is in Pacs del Penedès which is located about 3km from Vilafranca del Penedès.

Founded in 1870 by Jaime Torres, Bodegas Torres (Miguel Torres SA) is a historical wine growing company located in Pacs, some 4 km from Vilafranca del Penedès, where the company has its head office. Torres is the family winery with the most extensive vineyards in the Denomination of Origin (DO) of Penedès and the largest winery in Spain

DAY 04

Transfer to train station for group departure to Córdoba 8:30 hrs

Take high speed train from Barcelona to Córdoba. Lunch in the train. 13:12 hrs

Enjoy half day Great Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba History Tour with English speaking guide. Once Europe’s richest city, Cordoba is a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its grand Mesquita. The historic quarter of Cordoba, once the home of the Jewish community (La Judería) consists of a beautiful network of small streets and squares all arranged around the city’s impressive Mesquita, one of the largest mosques in the world. When the city was re-conquered by Christians in 1236 they were so impressed with its beauty they decided to leave it intact and to build a Cathedral in the midst of its arches and columns – creating an extraordinary church-mosque.

Modifications took 234 years, so the original Gothic style is combined with Baroque and Renaissance elements.

DAY 05

7:00 hrs Breakfast at the Hotel

Enjoy half day Madrid city tour with your English speaking guide. Discover the magic of Madrid in half a day and explore all the major sights of the Capital of Spain. You will discover a fascinating city with Arab origins, spectacular architecture, bustling modern parts, and great nightlife. On the half day tour you will drive through Madrid’s famous avenues, including Plaza de Oriente where the Royal Palace is located; Puerta del Sol, Plaza del Sol, Art Avenue and Cibeles Fountain
The Royal Palace (Palacio Real in Spanish) is not the official residence of his Majesty the King of Spain, but rather where state ceremonies, official banquets and other state functions take place. The King lives in Zarzuela Palace, which is just outside of Madrid.

13:00 hrs The tour ends at the restaurant for lunch at Indian restaurant RESTAURANT DIWALI or similar

14:00 hrs Rest of the evening at leisure. Transfer back to Hotel

DAY 06

9:00 hrs Departure to Toledo (70 kms, 1 hour)

10:00 hrs Arrival in Toledo and enjoy half day tour with your English speaking guide Only 70 km away from Madrid the imperial TOLEDO, emerges toward the sky of Castilla surrounded by the Tagus River. Toledo is well known for its extensive cultural and monumental heritage and historical co-existence of Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures. With its soaring tower and marvelous Gothic architecture, Toledo’s cathedral is one of the most important Christian landmarks in Spain. The cathedral was built in the 13th century on the site of a Muslim mosque next to the Judería (Jewish quarter). The exterior is somewhat obscured by the tightly packed buildings surrounding it, but the interior is breathtaking. Admire the grandiose sanctuary decorated with a rich collection of paintings. The wealth of masterpieces reflects Toledo’s status as a center of the Catholic church from the 13th-15th centuries.
